GH Spoilers, October 25: The Transplant Wait Begins

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, October 25, 2024, promise an emotional day in Port Charles as Sam risks her life for Lulu’s.

Pins and Needles

With everyone worried about Lulu and whether she will survive the surgery and go on to live with a new liver in her comatose state, not too many people are concerned about Sam (Kelly Monaco). After all, she’s healthy and her part of the surgery is easy.

At least Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is anxious to hear news about her daughter as she sits with the families and waits. Is something about to go terribly wrong? Was Scout (Cosette Abinante) right to panic when she learned her mother would be donating part of her liver to Lulu?

Elizabeth’s Big Surprise

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is thrilled when her brother returns to town after she hasn’t seen him in so many years. She thought that Steven (Scott Reeves) was settling down in Arizona, but now he is suddenly in Port Charles.

What brings him home? Is it the news that his mother, Heather Webber (Alley Mills), will finally be released from prison after she went on a serial killing spree in 2022? Liz is a little alarmed by Heather’s sudden good fortune. Can Steven Lars calm her down?

Sasha Has News

Nina (Cynthia Watros) is shocked when she spends some time with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and finally learns who her mother is. The woman who pretended to be Nina’s daughter is actually the daughter of Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).

This is news that Nina never expected to hear. As always, she is there to be a listening ear for Sasha but she is surprised to learn that Sasha learned how to con from the best.
