GH Spoilers, December 6: Getting To The Bottom of What Happened To Sam

General Hospital spoilers for December 6, 2024, promise a trip to reality for Elizabeth as she needs to prove she had nothing to do with Sam’s death.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) knows she did everything right when caring for Sam (Kelly Monaco) after her surgery, but right now she is under fire because Sam was given a medication that killed her. The hospital is looking into every move she makes, but Elizabeth will not take the blame for Sam’s death.

To that end, she gets ready to pull out all the stops to see who really killed Sam. Will she get the help she needs?

Ava’s Fate

It’s finally time to hear the verdict and learn if the jury realizes that Kristina (Kate Mansi) is out of her mind and nobody pushed her out a window. When Ava (Maura West) starts making demands, does that mean that the jury finds her innocent and she wants an apology from Kristina?

If Ava is set free, then odds are she will need to watch her back because Kristina is still determined to get revenge for something Ava didn’t do. When Molly (Kristen Vaganos) pleads with Kristina, is she trying to get her crazy sister to see the truth? Kristina is already wondering if she remembered things right. Maybe it’s time to accept the harsh reality of that day.

Quartermaine Happenings

On Friday, Lois (Rena Sofer) is going to come to a stark realization. Does she figure out what Drew (Cameron Mathison) did with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) or does this have to do with her latest appearance on Home and Heart? Maybe she will find that having a Brooklyn accent isn’t so bad after all…
