Y&R Spoilers, December 12: Claire Newman is Put to The Test

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, December 12, 2024, tease Victor playing games with his family again. This time, it looks like Claire becomes a victim of Victor’s machinations.

Will Claire Pass?

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) must make sure anyone around him is loyal, especially his family members. Newly-discovered granddaughter Claire (Hayley Erin) is no exception. She will now work for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) at Chancellor and Victor wants to make sure he can trust her.

To that end, he starts testing Claire, but she is not supposed to know that is what he is doing. Victor makes sure to do things on the down low as he is not sure who he can trust. With Claire’s Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) back in Genoa City causing trouble, he might find a few surprises. Is Claire everything she seems to be? Victor also worries about Claire’s new romance with Kyle (Michael Mealor).

Audra’s Promise, Lily’s Choice

While Nate (Sean Dominic) looks forward to meeting his never-before-heard-of big brother, he can’t help but be nervous. At least he has Audra (Zuleyka Silver) there by his side to guide him and be there for him. Audra promises Nate they will navigate this together, but she also has to worry about her own career. Does she also promise Nate that she will stay away from Victor and Kyle? All they have ever done is cause Audra trouble.

Nate’s cousin Lily (Christel Khalil) has a big decision to make now that her career is also a mess. Will she agree to work with Devon (Bryton James) again or will she branch out on her own? Perhaps what Lily needs is a new man in her life. Is Nate’s long-lost brother single? Hmmmm…
