DAYS Recap, June 13: Clyde Had More Tales To Tell

On the June 13 episode of Days of our Lives, Clyde was ready to give Chad more details, Rafe gave Stefan some advice, and Johnny and Chanel made a decision.

Chad Arrives Home

Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) was thrilled to see Chad (Billy Flynn) when he walked in the door fresh from Montana with news. She was relieved to learn that Clyde (James Read) had been captured and everyone was safe, but then got the shock of her life when Chad told her that Clyde claimed Abigail was still alive.

Chad insisted it probably wasn’t true but he was determined to learn more. To that end, Chad headed to the police station to see Clyde and get some answers.

Confronting Clyde

Rafe (Galen Gering) was the first person to have a crack at Clyde. He wanted to know what information the criminal had about Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) murder. Clyde played dumb but then cryptically hinted that he could have something done to Gabi while in the prison showers. He also wanted to know what was in it for him if he gave anything away.

When Chad arrived, he angrily but softly went over the details from the night he held Abigail while she died and wondered how he could possibly be alive so Clyde told him he better listen up because he had a lot to say.

Stefan’s Dumb Plan

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was dismayed when Stefan (Brandon Barash) told her he planned to break Gabi out of jail. Kristen promised that wasn’t necessary and they’d find another way but Stefan insisted.

When Rafe stopped by, Stefan asked him if he could offer Clyde a deal to talk but Rafe didn’t want to let him walk free. He told Stefan that if he did anything illegal to free Gabi, he’d look the other way.

Johnny’s Confession

Johnny (Carson Boatman) finally told Chanel (Raven Bowens) about his LA job offer and she was furious he kept it from her for so long. HE explained that he didn’t want to uproot her or give her more stress, and then told Chanel it was her decision whether they move.

The idea of California seemed appealing to Chanel so they decided to do it. Now, they just have the task of informing Paulina (Jackee Harry).
