DAYS Recap, May 9: Maggie Learns The Truth About Konstantin

On the May 9 episode of Days of our Lives, Maggie got an earful from her friends, Konstantin paid a visit to Sarah, Ava and Harris said goodbye, and Stefan found he has more to worry about.

Time For a Tale For Maggie

As Konstantin (John Kapelos) went on about taking Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) on a honeymoon, Marlena (Deidre Hall) called and asked if her friend could stop by to talk wedding plans. When Maggie got there, she realized she was being ambushed and was offended because Steve (Stephen Nichols), John (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena couldn’t possibly tell her anything she didn’t already know about Konstantin.

Boy was she wrong. After John and Marlena finished their story of John being controlled by a tarot card and breaking into her safe, Maggie could barely believe her ears. When they showed her the original pre-nup, she finally understood. Maggie agreed to join forces with her friends, declaring that Konstantin “messed with the wrong redhead.”

Sarah’s Kon Encounter

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) was thrilled when Xander (Paul Telfer) gave her an early Mother’s Day present — a mug that he claimed Victoria picked out herself. Xander soon left to confront Stefan, but Sarah had to remain on her toes when Konstantin arrived.

He wanted to talk about the wedding but Sarah told him her opinion about it all. While she was happy that her mother had found a new companion, she was sure that Maggie could never find another great love as long as she was married to him. Konstantin didn’t leave happy and seemed determined to hurt Sarah.

Stefan’s Big, Bad Day

Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) morning did not get off to a good start when Harris (Steve Burton) and Ava (Tamara Braun) arrived to tell him all about finding blood on Clyde’s little black book. Stefan only cared about getting rid of Clyde (James Read) and didn’t much want to hear what they had to say.

Next, Stefan had to contend with Xander, who wanted to know why he set him up for shooting Harris. Stefan denied everything but Xander put Stefan on notice. He told him he knew it was Stefan who shot Harris and he was going to prove it.

Harris Has to Go

Harris brought Gil’s book to the lab to analyze the blood on the cover and told Ava he had to leave town for a bit to work with his military intelligence friends. They were going to crack the code in the book.

Ava was sad to see him leave, but they enjoyed some time in bed before he had to go. They declared their love for one another as Harris told Ava just how much his life changed when he first met her in Bayview. Does this sound like the end so Harris can end up in Port Charles?
