DAYS Spoilers, April 5: Eric’s Advice Moves Sloan

On the April 5 episode of Days of our Lives, spoilers tease Sloan questioning her actions, Jada determined to get to the truth, and Holly and Tate longing for each other.

Can Eric Listen to His Own Words?

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) is still a troubled soul wondering if she can forgive and trust Everett (Blake Berris). She wants to be able to believe everything he is saying and move on to have a future with him, but she has no idea how to get past all the secrecy and supposed lies. So, she pours out her soul to Eric (Greg Vaughan) and he has some advice.

He tells her that forgiveness is good for her and if you love someone, you should be able to eventually show them some grace. He regrets not being able to do that in the past. What he doesn’t know is that Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) is listening to everything and wonders what would happen if she told the truth about Jude. Would Eric show her the grace she feels she deserves?

Meanwhile, Everett is still trying to go about his life as normal, but that is easier said than done. When she shows up at The Spectator to work, he is met with suspicious eyes by both Chad (Billy Flynn) and Leo (Greg Rikaart). Will they get past the awkwardness to put out a newspaper?

Poor Jada (Elia Cantu) is beside herself with the idea that she could still be married to Everett. She is sure there has to be a mistake and does all she can to prove to Rafe (Galen Gering) that she is indeed a single lady. Will she learn that she is wrong?

Will Holly and Tate Tempt Fate?

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) still can’t believe the punishment that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) doled out as she wonders if she will ever be free to see Tate (Leo Howard) again. He is no longer incarcerated so she just wants to move on with their lives together, but Nicole won’t hear of it.

Brady (Eric Martsolf) also won’t hear of it for Tate. The father and son spend some time together but Tate can’t keep his mind off of Holly and he is determined to sneak out to see her. Will Tate also find himself punished like Holly is?
