DAYS Spoilers, April 8: Theresa’s in the Hot Seat, So is Konstantin

On the April 8 episode of Days of our Lives, spoilers tease a tense day for Theresa as Konstantin demands answers. But, Konstantin doesn’t know that suspicions about him are rising.

Theresa’s Mistake Comes Back to Haunt Her

While Theresa (Emily O’Brien) rails about Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) not wanting to marry her, she seems to forget that she is letting Alex believe the ultimate lie — that he is Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) long-lost son when that person is really Xander (Paul Telfer). Alex won’t even call Justin (Wally Kurth) ‘dad’ now. If that lie ever came to the surface, Alex would never forgive her. And neither would Brady or Tate (Leo Howard).

When Konstantin (John Capelos) wants an update about Alex and their plan to make him believe such lies, she tells him she wants out. However, she has told him this before and Konstantin always sucks her back in. Will he feel any sympathy for her this time?

Brady and Alex Lament Theresa

Now that Theresa is back living with Alex platonically and Brady has had to give up having her as company in John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) apartment, Brady and Alex sit down to talk about their respective relationships with her.

Alex wants her back but Brady is not quite sure how he feels. He loved having her around and will miss her now, but he is not sure he can ever be romantic with her again. The feelings might be there but it never works out.

Maggie and Julie Compare Notes

Little does Konstantin know that Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) are starting to get suspicious that Konstantin might not be on the up and up. He has been caught in numerous lies since last fall but he always has a logical excuse.

However, things have been getting worse. Julie’s last encounters with the man have left her wondering so she and Maggie discuss all the oddities with Konstantin’s constant tales and wonder if something else might be going on.

John Grills Harris

John is still reeling over the idea that he killed Konstantin’s daughter while he was The Pawn and the guilt is overwhelming him. He even wonders if he needs psychiatric help. To that end, he talks to Harris (Steve Burton) about his time in Bayview and how it managed to break the brainwashing spell.
