DAYS Spoilers, October 8: Body and Soul Takes Over

Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, October 8, 2024, promise another day of Salem’s soap within a soap taking over everything else.

Leo’s Script Changes

The fight between Hattie (Deidre Hall) and Bonnie (Judi Evans) lives on as both women want to be the leading diva but neither one wants to be killed off. Abe (James Reynolds) already fired Bonnie but she is fighting back. Too bad it doesn’t do much good. Meanwhile, Hattie uses her friendship with Leo (Greg Rikaart) to get him to make some changes in the script.

It looks like Hattie is about to fall down an elevator shaft and end up in a coma, which sounds a little like Drake Ramoray on Friends. Maybe Blake Ramoray will end up falling down the shaft instead since that will be fitting.

There may even be a mystery flower involved with solving this coma, which sounds very Days of our Lives-like.

Behind-The-Scenes Soap Opera

Meanwhile, Johnny (Carson Boatman) does his best to get over his jealousy of Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) sharing scenes together. He’s still thinking Alex might have feelings for Chanel, but he really should examine Alex’s life.

Alex isn’t thinking of Chanel in that way at all because he only has Stephanie (Abigail Klein) on the brain and vice versa. Alex and Stephanie share another steamy moment that proves Johnny has absolutely nothing to worry about at all.

Will Alex and Stephanie finally do something with these fantasies and feelings or are we going to continue with the very slow burn? It’s not like these two haven’t slept with each other before, but maybe they want to get it right this time around.

Don’t forget to watch new episodes of Days of our Lives on Peacock starting at 6 AM ET each weekday.
