Did General Hospital’s Brook Lynn Have a Secret Baby?

General Hospital threw fans a curveball this week when it seemed to retcon history for Cody, Dante, and Brook Lynn. Might we finally know what Dante and Cody’s camp secret is and does it involve Brook Lynn?

Brook Lynn’s Acting Awfully Strange

When Cody (Josh Kelly) first parachuted into the Metro Court pool in 2022, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) introduced him to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) as his friend from camp years ago. Brook Lynn never mentioned she was also at camp and knew Cody. In fact, it seemed the first time she met him was when he appeared in Port Charles more than two years ago.

This week, all three characters discussed their camp days as teens as if they all knew one another and were close friends. Cody even commented that Brook Lynn and Dante had a bit of a romance. Um, so why had we never heard of this before? Years ago, Brook Lynn even assured Lulu (then played by Julie Marie Berman) that she and Dante were never anything but friends when they grew up together.

Fans have suspected for a while that GH was going to give Brook Lynn and Dante a long-lost child who would turn out to be Gio. When Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Kelly) had their baby-making session last week, Chase mentioned that he was glad that Brook Lynn was having her first child with him. The look on BLQ’s face said it all. Is this not her first baby?

And, is Dante not the father? Perhaps we are about to learn that Cody is Brook Lynn’s baby daddy. Is that why GH suddenly changed Brook Lynn’s history and placed her at summer camp with Dante and Cody? Hmmm…
