Finally! Sasha & Cody Are At Least ‘Just Horsing Around’

After serving her first meal at Quartermaine Manor, she ran to the stables in search of Cody’s opinion on her cuisine and soothing company or perhaps more, as it turns out. Mid-panic attack she just went for it and kissed him, a move that appeared to have shocked him, as he’s probably been waiting for the moment himself to do just that. Good for her for making the first move!

Sadly, the sweet moment of excitement and joy afterward, which would have been followed by a romantic and endearing conversation filled with declarations of “It was about time!” “That came as a surprise!” or “Why did we wait so long?”was rudely interrupted by Michael, who was rather thrown off as he inquired as to what was going on. 

“Just Horsing Around,” was Cody’s cheeky reply.

Having snapped out of her Cody-Cloud, Sasha was once again unnerved over the response to her cooking, but thankfully Micheal put her at ease. Clearly, her livelihood and personal passions are important to her and not about to be put on the back burner long-term for some boy. Good for her! Although, she did check with him to make sure he would be okay with it. Was that necessary? Does he really get a say in any of this?

The job was offered by Mama Q (aka Olivia) and Sasha accepted, with one condition that Michael requires Tetrazzini at least once a week. But she quickly clocked the passion in the air between Sasha and Cody. Of course she did, because it’s so obvious they belong together! They should have figured this love affair out a long time ago! 

Olivia put down a few Manor-rules to keep Sasha and Cody in check, he is not to sneak into the manor late at night, “The house is full of impressionable children and gossipy adults,” she declared. Now, does anyone believe Cody will be able to keep to that rule? He’s not really a rule-follower.

Although, after slyly walking away Olivia turned right back and gave them her cautious blessing, “You two are very cute together, but let’s be very very clear, I got my eyes on you.”

Don’t we all, Mama Q?! Don’t we all?!
