Diane meets Jason at the Corinthos Coffee Warehouse on the docks. He leads her inside and opens the door to the office, saying it will be his. Diane points out that it is Sonny’s office and Jason lets her know that it isn’t Sonny’s anymore. While Diane looks surprised, Jason seems resigned.
Nina’s hostess tells her that Michael and Willow are there for their anniversary. Nina argues since their anniversary isn’t until later in the month. The hostess assures her that their was a not and a special dessert reserved.
Willow can’t believe it has already been a year. They are celebrating early because of Chase and Brook Lynn’s wedding. Willow calls the first anniversary a big milestone and they kiss. Champagne is brought to the table by a server. Nina appears next to her and wishes them a happy anniversary, ruining the couple’s planned alone time.
Sonny offers to feed Kristina and is fussing over his pregnant daughter while Ava hovers. She slips into the kitchen to get Kristina water. Kristina came over because of the argument with Josslyn. Sonny isn’t surprised that the girls would be fighting over him since Josslyn isn’t one of his fans. Kristina complains about Josslyn’s need to be right and her ‘holier-than-thou’ attitude. Sonny reminds her that these are his battle to fight. Kristina blames her need to engage on pregnancy hormones to her father’s amusement. When Ava hands Sonny a glass of water, Kristina watches suspiciously as he drinks it.
Drew informs Carly that the FBI was curious about the amount of contact he has had with Jason since his return. Carly scoffs but Drew reminds her that they are brothers, and the FBI wouldn’t know that Jason wouldn’t confide in him. Drew asks if Carly knows where Json has been since 2021. She does not and Drew is unsurprised. He wants Carly to stay out of things for the sake of her children and reminds Carly that Jason can take care of himself.
Jason was Sonny’s partner and previously owned 50% of the Coffee Warehouse or he did before going missing. Diane reassures him that he still will after the proper paperwork is filed. He asks about his estate which was to be divided between his children and Carly. Diane explains that his estate is in probate. In normal circumstances, because there was no body, seven years would need to pass before a death certificate in absentia could be issued, even with the witness statements about the cave-in in Greece. In this case, the certificate was issued the moment she filed the paperwork, leading Diane to believe that someone behind the scenes was working in his favor.
Michael rejects the champagne. Nina excitedly informs them that she asked the chef to prepare something special. Willow reminds Nina that she wants nothing to do with her. Crestfallen, Nina says she didn’t want to intrude but had taken their appearance here meant something. Willow tells her that she loved the Metro Court and didn’t want to avoid it because of Nina and had thought that Nina’s distance had indicated she was respecting Willow’s wishes. Nina cancels everything, gathers up the champagne glasses and leaves. The pair feel awful about the scene and Willow regrets coming to the Metro Court. Michael backs up her reasoning for wanting to be there for the chocolate souffle and Willow is sad that it was only wishful thinking on her part that Nina would keep her distance. Michael doesn’t allow Nina to derail their night. They kiss.
Kristina drinks her water, dehydrated from yelling at Joss. Sonny tells her in future to take a deep breath and walk away. Kristina tells Sonny that Blaze is the new Face of Deception and Sonny says Natalia told him when they ran into each other. Sonny asks how the new job will affect Kristina and if she can handle Blaze’s impending fame. Kristina thinks the spotlight will miss her since Ali (Blaze) is not out. Sonny wants to know how she feels about it?
Olivia barges into a closed Bobbey’s ranting about how she is ‘going to kill her.’ Olivia is angry because Nina fired Pierce the room services waiter over some picky guests’ complaints. Carly tells her to hire him back. Olivia agrees. She is upset that the guy was mortified and the whole staff knew about it. Carly is flabbergasted that Pierce was fired since he was there since the Metro Court opened and because Nina did it without Olivia’s input. Olivia says that’s not the only thing Nina’s done without input from her.
Jason’s assets were stuck in probate because of rumblings of racketeering. Frustrated, he reminds her that all the assets in his will are legitimate. Diane reminds him that his estate was large, and vetting takes time. This means none of his assets had been distributed. He can reclaim his assets easily. Jason asks why Carly gave up the Metro Court. Diane points the finger at Nina.
Willow teases Michael about his intent to order champagne if Nina hadn’t. He distracts her from Nina talk with a present. The present is a stunning gold bracelet. Willow loves and jokes about it not going with her scrubs. She wants to wear it for special occasions. Michael makes a deal with her to make more special occasions happen so she can. The couple talk about Wiley picking out the bracelet. Willow laments that she is missing important moments with the children.
Olivia complains that Nina painted the bathrooms an ugly light yellow while Dante was in the hospital. Carly enjoys Olivia’s dramatics as she calls Nina a menace. They giggle and hug. Olivia said she just needed to vent and leaves. An elegant woman enters Bobbey’s looking for Diane Miller. She is there to meet with the lawyer and Jason. Carly let’s the woman know they are at the warehouse and offers to drop off the documents the woman had. Carly hugs the document folder.

Drew and Michael tried to merge Aurora and ELQ leading to Carly leveraging the Metro Court and Carly losing out. Nina purchased the hotel half. Bobbie gave Carly Kelley’s. Nina turned Carly in to the SCC for violations. Drew took the fall. Carly paid a five million dollar fine. Diane is impressed with Carly’s resilience. Jason agrees.
Kristina explains that she is okay with Blaze wanting to keep her personal life personal. She wants to be known as her own achievements not as just a girlfriend and loves her anonymity. She is proud of her girlfriend. Nina is eavesdropping. Sonny finds out from Kristina that Nina is back at Crimson. Sonny is skeptical. Why would Drew hire the woman who put him in prison? Ava looks uncomfortable.
Nina arrives in Drew’s office, upset. She tells him about what happened in the restaurant. She wants Drew’s help to get back into their lives. Nina blames Michael and thinks getting Willow alone so she can talk to her will help. Drew is unsympathetic. Nina wants his help. Drew wants her to take accountability for burning that bridge. Refusing to let it go, she asks Drew to appoint her to the Aurora board of directors which would force Michael to deal with her. Drew wants to know what’s in it for him and she says it will drive Carly crazy. Nina believes that if he does it, that Carly will think they are allies. Carly will beg for Drew’s attention.
Diane is working on releasing his assets. Jason asks Diane to inform Sonny that he is taking back his half of the company and will be working right there in the warehouse.
Michael is supportive of Willow’s choices, and she could quit if she wanted to. She wants to think about it. Michael offers the idea of following in Lila’s footsteps and taking on charity work.
Ava has faith that Nina can figure Drew out and take care of herself. Sonny agrees. Kristina makes her excuses and leaves. Sonny asks if Ava knew about Nina getting her job back. Ava hadn’t heard and reminded him that the divorce papers were also unsigned. Sonny is curious about her interest but she denies it.
Two men are beating up Agent Cates by the docks when Carly drives up and chases them off. Carly realizes it’s Cates and asks him if he knows who she is. She helps him up. She wants to call 911. He says he can’t identify them because they jumped him from behind. They didn’t take anything. Cates doesn’t think they intended to rob him. She helps him into her car.
Willow is surprised by Michael’s belief in her and loves the fact that she has choices. They kiss.
Sonny and Ava draw close. A knock distracts them. Diane is there on behalf of Jason. She informs Sonny that he is resuming his half interest in Corinthos Coffee. Sonny has received the message and heads out as Diane smiles at Ava.
Nina continues her attempt to sway Drew with Carly’s attention. Drew reminds Nina that Willow has made it clear she doesn’t want to know Nina. She begs for compassion. He becomes angry when she demands help for her kid when she separated him from his. Nina shouts at Drew about his perfect victimhood. She grabs him as he turns away and his shirt opens up, revealing his perfect abs. He takes the ruined shirt off as she extols the virtues of Egyptian cotton. She is distracted by his body.
Carly helps Cates into his room at the Metro Court. She refuses to leave without helping him. She eases him down onto the couch. A beaten and bloody Cates thanks her.
Michael gets an email from Drew about Aurora’s business but ignores it in favor of Willow. Willow worries about Drew’s feelings over the changes and hiding Jason. Michael says Drew can take care of himself.
Nina compliments his body. Drew says she’s only seen half of it. Nina draws closer, and unbuttons her shirt, goading him into action. He pulls her in for a heated kiss. The kiss ends and he draws back. She calls him a boy scout. He is giving her a chance to say no. She kisses him and they make out on her desk, with Nina stripping off his belt and Drew removing her shirt.
Sonny explodes into the warehouse as Jason greets him. Sonny does not want him there. He wants him gone.
