GH Spoilers, August 30: Ava’s Life On The Line

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, August 30, 2024, promise Ava in a precarious situation and so much more.

Ava’s Bad Decision

Ava (Maura West) knows she should have listened to Sonny (Maurice Benard) last week when he warned her that John (Adam Harrington) was only using her and wanted her dead. Sonny offered her protection but she left with John anyway.

Now she knows that the woman guarding her in some strange hotel room is not really an FBI agent. After all, her shoes and purse scream otherwise. FBI agents can’t afford designer accessories. On Friday, she finds herself in more trouble than ever and needs to escape or at least get a hold of a phone.

Alexis Won’t Back Down

Meanwhile, John remains obsessed with his revenge plan against Sonny by using Kristina (Kate Mansi), which obviously does not sit well with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Kristina is in really bad physical and emotional shape after her fall that led to the baby’s death and she doesn’t need trouble with the law.

To that end, Alexis confronts John and does her best to put him in his place. She has her law license back now and can go head-to-head with John so he better watch out. Then again, when someone is this obsessed, can anyone get through to him?

Carly Begs Sonny

Carly (Laura Wright) can tell that Sonny is up to something that could put members of their family in danger and begs him to let it go. The stakes are too high after everything that has happened with John to get himself in even more trouble with the law.

Too bad Sonny is as determined to bring John down as John is to bring Sonny down and nothing Carly says will be able to stop him.
