GH Spoilers, May 31: Sonny Rages at Jason

On the May 31 episode of General Hospital, spoilers tease Jason ticking off Sonny, a new start for Portia and Curtis, and Chase being the strong one.

Sonny’s a Loose Cannon

Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) almost completely out of control and both Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly (Laura Wright) know it. They just don’t know why or how to stop it. Carly tries to once again reason with Sonny but to no avail. He is still furious at Dex (Evan Hofer) and Jason and is sure one of them will betray him more — perhaps even both.

Jason’s latest move has Sonny in a tailspin and he does something rash. Will we finally get some action in this story and see someone caught in the crossfire of Sonny’s off-meds behavior? John (Adam Harrington) also becomes suspicious, which could land Jason and Anna (Finola Hughes) in some hot water.

What’s New With the Ashfords?

Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr) have been going about their lives with very little trouble for months. That’s almost scary after their horrible first year of marriage that saw lies, bullets, and paralysis.

Now, they are about to embark on a new project together and take on a brand-new mission. Is this an altruistic one? Does a surprise come into their lives? Does this have anything to do with Trina (Tabyana Ali)?

Chase Men Grieve

Chase (Josh Swickard) has been the rock in his family since learning of his father’s death. He is carrying the weight of the world for everyone and continues to do so while Finn (Michael Easton) falls apart.

Finn is trying hard but he’s much more of an emotional wreck than his brother. Chase offers reassurance on Friday, but will it do any good?
