GH Spoilers, November 18: Tensions Are High Before Sam’s Funeral

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, November 18, 2024, promise a big day for Lucky as Sonny might have come through — and a sad day for everyone else.

Q Mansion Tension

Poor Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) is still despondent over losing his mom and needs to lash out at someone so he chooses Lucas (Van Hansis), the man who performed Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) surgery. Lucas might be his uncle but that doesn’t make Danny any less angry.

He blames Lucas for what happened to Sam, but so does Lucas. As the funeral time grows near, Sam’s family looks as if it will crack.

Poor Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is also a hot mess and ends up turning to Cody (Josh Kelly). Dante needs a friend and has to figure out a way to go on.

Elsewhere in the Quartemaine mansion, Drew (Cameron Mathison) assures Nina (Cynthia Watros) that he will not press charges against Jason (Steve Burton) so that everyone can attend Sam’s funeral and honor her in peace. Will something happen after the funeral to ruin all that?

Alexis and Her Girls

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric (Rick Hearst) face off before the funeral, with Alexis worried about how Ric will treat Kristina (Kate Mansi) on the stand at Ava’s (Maura West) trial.

As for Molly (Kristen Vaganos), she has TJ (Tajh Bellow) there for moral support, but do they end up fighting? There is still a distance between them that cannot be fixed.

Will Lucky Stay In Town?

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is surprised when he gets an unexpected work offer. However, it would keep him in Port Charles and he is not sure he is ready for that. What he doesn’t know is that Sonny (Maurice Benard) arranged for this job and is determined to keep him in town.
