GH Spoilers, November 19: Sam’s funeral, Lulu’s awakening

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 19, 2024, promise a day of tragedy and miracles in Port Charles.

Farewell Sam McCall

It’s finally time to say goodbye to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) as her family and loved ones gather at the church where Maxie (Kirsten Storms) set up the perfect memorial with the perfect flowers. Everything feels wrong as Port Charles deals with a senseless loss of someone taken way too soon.

Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) continue putting their differences aside to rally around Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), but it’s easier said than done. Sam’s sisters are also an emotional wreck as they also have to deal with Ava’s trial, something that is coming up any day.

Sam’s poor kids are also going through a hard time. Will their fathers be able to see them through this considering what happened in the Q foyer the night before?

A Jerome Family Reunion

Ava (Maura West) and Lucas (Van Hansis) see each other for the first time since Lucas has been back in Port Charles. The aunt and nephew were never close, but that doesn’t mean they don’t still care for one another deep down inside.

Ava and Lucas even manage to find common ground when they reunite. Can they relate to feeling responsible for deaths that were not really their fault?

Lulu’s Back

Isn’t it ironic that the day Sam is buried, Lulu (Alexa Havins) finally emerges from her long four-year coma? It’s been a long time coming and nobody expects it. However, Laura (Genie Francis) gave Lulu a lecture last week, telling her that Sam’s death should not have been in vain. Did Lulu hear what her mother had to say?
