GH Spoilers, October 24: It’s Time To Save Lulu’s Liver

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 24, 2024, promise an emotional day in Port Charles as Lulu’s life remains on the line.

Sam Is Ready To Play Heroine

Sam (Kelly Monaco) is already checked into GH and preparing for a surgery that will hopefully save Lulu’s life. Never mind the fact that Terry (Cassandra James) told Laura (Genie Francis) that the transplant likely won’t be successful and Lulu will die anyway. Laura is still hoping for a miracle at Sam’s expense.

Sam and Lulu’s family and loved ones gather at the hospital to wish her luck. Scout (Cosette Abinante) seems to be more nervous than anyone. Can she sense that something is about to go terribly wrong with her mother?

Curtis Hatches A Plan For Portia And Trina

Curtis (Donnell Turner) is still reeling from the fact that Ric (Rick Hearst) managed to get Heather Webber (Alley Mills) sprung from prison. Portia (Brook Kerr) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) are terrified and Curtis feels he must do something to help.

To that end, Curtis comes up with a plan that he thinks will derail Heather. Does he know what he might be in for?

The Return Of Heather Webber’s Son

Heather’s release prompts her son, Steven Lars (Scott Reeves), to return to Port Charles. Steven has been behind bars for over a decade for crimes much less serious than his mother’s, but at least he did the time when Heather is now walking free.

What does Steven’s return mean for others in Port Charles, including Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned (Wally Kurth)? Steven and Olivia were about to be married before Steven was arrested. Olivia still wanted to marry him at the time, so there might be some unfinished business between them.
