GH Spoilers, October 31: Jason and Alexis Learn About Sam’s Death

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 31, 2024, promise an emotional day for Port Charles as news of Sam’s tragic death spreads.

An Unspeakable Tragedy

After getting the good news that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) are getting married, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) learns that her daughter has died. She can barely believe her ears. One moment Sam was just fine and the next minute she couldn’t breathe.

Jason (Steve Burton) gets the news at the same time as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and is beside himself. How is he going to tell Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout (Cosette Abinante) what happened to their mother? At least Elizabeth is there to comfort him.

Drew’s Big Ol’ Mouth

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) tried to get ahead of things with Michael (Chad Duell) and wanted to tell him the truth about her and Drew (Cameron Mathison) on her own, but Drew beat her to it to save himself. Michael was devastated and ran from the room without saying a word. He then ended up making a few big mistakes.

Meanwhile, Willow was furious with Drew and let him know how she felt while he assured her that things would be ok. Now, Willow makes a fateful decision about her marriage. Does she tell Michael about the second kiss that nearly ended up with her and Drew having sex on his office floor the night that John Cates (Adam J. Harrington) was killed?

Quartermaine Plotting

In the main house, Ned (Wally Kurth) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) plot and plan what to do next. They have Drew right where they want him and are determined to use his political connections to their advantage, but how do they make that happen?

Drew may have told Michael about the kiss, but the Nina (Cynthia Watros) secret is still hanging over his head. What will Ned and Tracy decide to do with that information?

As for Michael, he strategies because he is not about to go down without a fight. Willow drops news, Michael has his own news, and everything is just a hot mess in Quartermaine land. At least Ned and Tracy are relishing every moment. This can all be blamed on Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), right?
