GH Spoilers, September 20: Lucky’s Situation Becomes More Dire

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 20, 2024, promise danger and drama both in and out of Port Charles.

An African Caper

Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) life is on the line and so is her brother Lucky’s (Jonathan Jackson). Both of Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) children together may not survive unless Anna and Jason can manage to free Lucky and bring him back to Port Charles. They don’t expect to run into Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) but that’s exactly what happens.

Holly is on her own mission to make money by stealing Sidwell’s diamonds, but she also doesn’t want to see Luke’s son die. She has a conundrum on her hands and might have to give up her latest con and quest for fortune.

Willow’s A Wreck

Back in Port Charles, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) remains a hot mess. She can’t get her feelings for Drew (Cameron Mathison) off her mind and the guilt over kissing him is overwhelming. She is counting on Drew winning the election and not being around much, but so far, Drew is around more than ever.

In fact, Willow feels very awkward and uneasy when she is around Drew and Nina (Cynthia Watros). Nina knows Willow’s Drew secret but Willow doesn’t know Nina’s. Is that truth about to come to light during a night out on the town? Will Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) be there to offer advice?

Curtis’ Big Decision

While Drew prepares for a life in Congress, Curtis (Donnell Turner) has some decisions to make about his own life. Is being a corporate executive the right choice for him or does he do better as a nightclub owner? Eventually, Curtis is going to have to decide what to do about The Savoy.
