GH Spoilers, September 23: What Is Portia Really Up To?

General Hospital spoilers for September 23, 2024, promise drama from Portia as she makes a shocking discovery.

Portia On Edge

Portia (Brook Kerr) totally freaks out on Terry (Cassandra James) when she learns that Brad (Parry Shen) is back working in the GH lab. She immediately confronts Terry to find out when she wasn’t informed. But why would Portia even care?

Is it possible that Portia has done something wrong in the lab and wants to make sure not to get caught? We can see Portia wanting it to look as if Heather never had cobalt poisoning in an effort to keep Heather (Alley Mills) behind bars. Could she manage to bribe Brad to help her or does Brad only do the right thing now?

A Tense Encounter

Brennan (Charles Mesure) is back at the scene of the crime that got him thrown into Pentonville for a while. He pays Carly (Laura Wright) a visit at Bobbie’s where the banter starts flying, but so do the tense moments.

It’s clear that Carly is intrigued by Brennan and Brennan is falling for Carly, but is there more to their meeting than just some intense flirtation? Brennan seems to be all-knowing, so is he aware that Carly is helping Sonny (Maurice Benard) cover up a crime? Does she also know how she is doing it?

Bonding Moments

We get to see more of TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) grief, a grief that has been largely ignored to show Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) grief. However, on Monday TJ finds himself opening up to Curtis.

Will Curtis (Donnell Turner) have the right advice for his nephew? Does TJ just need a neutral party to talk to since Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) family is the hottest mess in town?

Don’t forget to watch new episodes of General Hospital each weekday on ABC and weeknight on Hulu.
