GH Spoilers, September 4: Holly Sutton Is Back

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 4, 2024, promise a day of surprises both in and out of Port Charles as Lucky sees a familiar face.

What Is Holly Really Up To?

With Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) still in a precarious situation in Somalia, he is surprised when somebody he knows shows up. Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is somehow involved with this plot, but is she there to come to Lucky’s rescue again as she did back in 2015?

Better yet, does she happen to have Ethan in tow as he could also be a match for Lulu? Then again, Lucky doesn’t even know that Lulu needs a liver and he won’t until Laura (Genie Francis) manages to find him.

Help On The Way For Ava

Lucky also has no clue that his pal Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) is already in trouble in Port Charles. Ava (Maura West) kinda-sorta ran him down and it’s Jason who finds the scene on the side of the road.

Ava is surprised when Jason (Steve Burton) comes to her rescue after she has been sure that Jason (Maurice Benard) and Sonny are the ones who wanted her dead.

Sonny and Carly Plot

Neither one yet knows that Sonny killed John Cates (Adam Harrington) instead and Sonny wants to keep it that way. Chase (Josh Swickard) knows that John is dead but he has no idea who shot him twice in the chest.

However, Sonny confides in Carly (Laura Wright) so she is knee-deep in legal trouble once again as she will do anything to protect Sonny. That means strategizing to cover his tracks. Sonny has gotten away with cold-blooded murder before (remember AJ?) — can he do it again? Or is there no coming back from this character’s latest move?
