Gio is Definitely Up To No Good In Port Charles
What are his true intentions for coming to town? And who put him up to it?
Gio Cerullo (portrayed by Giovanni Mazza) flirts and ingratiates himself with every lady he encounters and finds a way to extract information from them. He is definitely up to something nefarious, but is he a con artist or a hitman? He’s giving off The Talented Mr. Ripley vibes all over the place with those lingering stares and pushy questions about how everyone in Port Charles is connected…. This isn’t good.
Sure he got his towel boy job at the Metro Court legitimately through Olivia, but that is also how he got himself invited to live at the Quartermaine Manor. And, he spends most of his time at work cozying up to Josslyn and unsettling Trina. When Trina expressed her feelings about Sonny, Gio swiftly declared his loyalty to “Uncle Sonny.”
He seems to be nudging his way into Jossylin’s life and continually pumping her for information and all the while she keeps paying him compliments, which Carly clocked right away. He and Dex did bond at the wedding, but he mesmerized Josslyn with his musical talents. Does he think he can get in between her and Dex as the embark on their reconciliation?
Or is there some grand scheme that is yet to be revealed? He sure had a lot of questions about Jason and Carly’s relationship, and all the connections to the Quartermaine Family. And, why, in the middle of their pool date, did Gio start flirting with Sasha while complimenting her cooking at the manor. All Cody could do was sit in the background looking confused and annoyed at the little boy. Clearly, Cody and Sasha had their own troubles to sort out, mainly Cody coming clean to Mac about his paternity.
Jossyln already asked Gio, why he was in Port Charles wasting his talent in Port Charles when he could be performing at Carnegie Hall. So, what are his true intentions for coming to town? And who put him up to it? Is all of this somehow connected to Ava or Pikeman?
