The Best and Worst of Days of our Lives for September 23-27

Days of our Lives brought the drama the week of September 23-27 Some moments were hits, some were misses, and Soap Talks has the rundown on what worked and what didn’t in Salem this past week.

Best of DAYS

Thank goodness Johnny is jealous seeing his wife as the love interest of a man she had a threesome with. If Johnny didn’t feel this way it would be weird. Johnny knows in his mind Chanel and Alex are just acting, but he doesn’t have to like it.

Sarah actually feels optimism in life, pointing out she can still live a full one from a wheelchair. That’s a refreshing change from the paralyzed soap characters who decide their lives are over and push their loved ones away whenever something like that happens. She also used her own mind and methods to put a stop to Xander killing Brady, so go Sarah.

Let’s be honest. There isn’t really much chemistry between Cherie Jimenez and Brandon Barash, so maybe it’s time to end things between Gabi and Stefan and see what happens between Stefan and Ava. We’d also like to see more of EJ and Gabi.

Worst of DAYS

Sadly, Body and Soul is not going anywhere for a few months and there are rumors this storyline was what got Ron Carlivati fired as head writer. If that is true, we completely understand because this story is pretty terrible.

Holly is trying to put her boyfriend’s father in jail when his mother is already behind bars and her boyfriend was also in jail to protect her earlier this year. Dump her, Tate.

While arresting Connie was the best thing to happen this week, the fact that we had to still endure her storyline for even a day was one of the worst things we had to witness in Salem

Don’t forget to watch new episodes of Days of our Lives on Peacock starting at 6 AM ET each weekday.
