The Best and Worst of General Hospital for December 9-13

General Hospital brought the drama the week of December 9-13, 2024. Some moments were hits, some were misses, and Soap Talks has the rundown on what worked and what didn’t in Port Charles this past week.

Best of GH

Oh, Tracy how we love thee. And, how we love that Tracy was the one to expose Willow and Drew’s weird and tawdry little affair. Just brilliant. The fallout was everything we wanted and expected. From Willow blaming everyone but herself to Carly ripping Drew the new one he deserves. Bravo, just Bravo!

Ric and Ava are magic and we can’t stop saying it, which is why we have been saying it a lot lately. Let them flirt, eat their charcuterie board, and argue over who pays for the bill. But now that Ava is broke, will Ric take care of her? That would be oh-so-sweet.

Perhaps Ric’s words got through to Alexis because she was the mother both Kristina and Molly needed this week. Alexis actually acknowledged that Kristina was dead wrong in how she treated Molly and even told Kristina so. Of course, Kristina…

Worst of GH

Seriously, what is wrong with Kristina because she is acting as narcissistic as her father when he doesn’t think his name is Mike. How she can’t see how wrong she is about everything is baffling. How she can’t see how cruel she is makes her one of the most hated characters on soaps right now.

Dex? Really? Why? Why did he have to become a casualty of the decision to kill off Sam? It makes no sense, but please don’t let Josslyn grieve more than Trina grieved Spencer.

Anna is a bad cop. There. We had to say it. She plays by her own rules, bends the rules, breaks the law, and now can’t seem to do anything without her daughter’s teenage boyfriend by her side.

Don’t forget to watch new episodes of General Hospital each weekday on ABC and weeknight on Hulu.
