GH Spoilers, April 9: Furious Nina Fights With Drew, Carly Finds Trouble

On the April 9 episode of General Hospital, Nina and Drew spar, Carly makes a discovery, Sonny’s anger flies, plus so much more in store.

Nina vs. Drew Once Again

Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) just can’t seem to get along and with good reason. She did turn him in to the SEC, but he did commit a crime. So, he then fired her and re-hired her but won’t leave her alone.

When Drew checks up on Nina once again, the pair gets into a heated argument. Does bad blood return to the surface? Perhaps Drew doesn’t like the way that Nina is running Crimson. Drew has no idea how to put a magazine out so Nina will want him out of the way so she can get to work. Will she end up taunting him over his breakup with Carly (Laura Wright)?

Jagger Finds Trouble

Speaking of Carly, she finds John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington) in a bit of trouble and helps him out. Then, Carly wants answers. She knows that Jason is working for John and the FBI but she wants to know why. Heck, she demands to know why because she is Carly. Will John tell her that Jason sacrificed everything so she wouldn’t have to go to prison for crimes she committed? That seems like a theme of late.

Sonny Takes His Anger Out On Jason

As for Jason, he still has a lot of explaining to do to Sonny (Maurice Benard), but his old friend doesn’t want to hear it. Sonny is an angry man of late and he has no idea why. He is glad that Jason did not shoot Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), but still can’t get over walking in on him and Carly about to make love in his bed in 2021. He never dealt with that shock, but now it’s time.

Kristina Is Suspicious

When Kristina (Kate Mansi) pays a visit to her father’s place, she is disturbed to find that Ava (Maura West) is still living there. In fact, Ava is acting awfully strange and Kristina is determined to find out why. She is Team Nina all the way and doesn’t trust that Ava will remain a loyal friend to Nina — or to Sonny. What is Ava really up to anyway? Will she soon overstay her welcome?

General Hospital will be pre-empted on Monday, April 8 for ABC’s coverage of the solar eclipse.
