DAYS Spoilers, August 28: Connie Plays a Dangerous Game

Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, August 28, 2024, promise a day of peril for Melinda as Connie becomes more unhinged than ever.

Melinda In Danger

Connie (Julie Dove) has become completely unspooled and is convinced the only way she can stay in her fantasy world with her imaginary Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) is if she kills again. However, she can’t quite bring herself to do it.

Instead, she has Melinda (Tina Huang) tied to the bed and is torturing her. Melinda is still groggy and confused but she has still not figured out exactly what Connie is up to. Will it soon hit her that Connie is an unhinged psychopath and is the one who really killed Li?

Gabi On The Warpath

Connie made sure that Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) found out about Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Ava’s (Tamara Braun) one-night stand and is now urging Gabi to seek revenge in any way she possibly can. An eye for an eye, right?

To that end, Gabi decides to stay in the DiMera mansion and take Stefan for everything he is worth. She also wants him to feel her pain, so that is where EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) comes in. Uh-oh.

Chad’s Big Decision

Chad (Billy Flynn) is still dealing with his feelings about Abigail being back but also remembers what Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) said. Despite a DNA test, how can he be so sure that this woman is really Abigail?

That thought it what keeps Chad from telling Thomas (Carey Christopher) the truth about his mother, or at least what Chad wants to believe is the truth. Yes, Thomas would be thrilled, but if Kristen is right, does Thomas need to know about lies only to be hurt again?
