GH Spoilers, October 17: Is Sam Ready To Donate Her Liver?

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 17, 2024, promise a fateful day for Sam McCall.

Good News/Bad News?

Sam (Kelly Monaco) wanted to keep the news about being a match for Lulu (Alexa Havins) a secret. She did not want to get anyone’s hopes up about her liver until she knew it was suitable for donation. However, it looks like she is ready to reveal the truth.

Spoilers say that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) find themselves relieved. Does that mean that Sam is ready for surgery? If so, their lives are about to change forever in ways nobody (except maybe fans) ever imagined. Uh-oh, Sam.

The anvils have been dropping for weeks and Kelly Monaco taped her last scenes in September. Is Sam about to sacrifice her life so that Lulu can live? If so, that is going to change Port Charles forever. How will her family and children move on?

Quartermaine News

Cody (Josh Kelly) takes Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) advice and goes to Tracy with his business proposal. He wants to buy Serenity and turn it into an animal sanctuary. However, it’s a lot of money and a tall ask. We know Tracy (Jane Elliott) has a great affinity for Cody, but is she willing to fork over that much cash at once?

Meanwhile, Sasha’s life is about to change just like Sam’s. She gets some life-altering news that absolutely stuns her. When she opens the Q front door, she is shocked by who she sees. Are we finally, after six years, going to learn more about Sasha’s past and who she was before Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) brought her to Port Charles to pretend to be Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) daughter? If so, it’s about time.
